indexed and cant be dura-ace. Anyone know of anyplace..

indexed (or friction) non-DA Shimano DT shifters. Additionally, Rivendell carries non-Shimano friction only DTs. Dura Ace DT shifters can also be run in friction mode (I used some with a 7spd Suntour rear derailler pushing/pulling on an 8 spd casette).
