Just wondering what kind of accessories are required to make my bike street legal in Toronto.

What else?

You will need reflectors and lights when riding at night. You are not required to wear a helmet if you are an adult but must ride on the road. You need a bell or whistle.
My wife is a Toronto police officer and I can almost guarantee you that you won't be pulled over for failing to comply.
