I've just taken apart a Shimano 600 threaded headset with sealed bearings on a used frame I'm building up. The bearings could use a little help. Usable but could definitely do with a replacement.

Are replacement sealed bearings easily found? I've looked at Loose Screws but struck out there. If not, anyone had experience cleaning and repacking the stock, sealed units?

Thanks in advance

I've found it cheaper to buy a new 600 headset. They go pretty cheap on ebay. FYI, the Dura Ace and 600 use the exact same bearings...
