I have a TRUVATIV gigapipe TI isis bottom bracket. It seems the bearings are running rough. Does anyone know how to rebuild these? Ti BBs are too expensive to throw away.

Thanks!

are not a universal type with many other uses like the 6000 series bearings used in Campy and other square taper spindle BB. The sources below may have what you need, but it might not be a lot cheaper than buying a new BB, since three bearing are usually required.

Getting the old bearings off isn't as hard as installing the new ones. The new bearings must be pressed onto the spindle, applying force only to the center race, otherwise, you'll ruin the bearing.

I have a giga pipe in my Fisher MTB and I took it out to see if I could regrease it since it was making alot of noise. The thing is essentially not sealed against moisture getting into the bearings. I could not figure out how to get it apart without destroying it. I can't believe that this was designed for a MTB. Replace it with a FSA Platinum, it has better seals and should remain maintenance free.
