I finally picked up my newest project!!! An early 80's vintage Miyata track-frame complete bike. Suntour 10mm drop-outs, Suntour Sprint high flange hubs, Dia-Comp 400 brakes (front and rear), SR seat post, Sugino 165mm 46T crankset, Tange NOVA headset, Moustache bars, Mavic G 40 rear wheel (perfectly true), Mavic MA 2 front wheel (also true), cheapo BMX levers and grips, and Conti Super Sport tires 700x23c dry and cracked.

Sweet....I really like the high flange track hubs.....What are your plans for the bike?

I am going to make this a road ready training bike, don't think I will ever do more than about 30mi in one trip on this bike, but you never know. After getting a closer look at the bike I would like to try to get period correct equipment for this ie. same crank arms, just longer, and Dia-Comp brake levers to match the brakes.

Also, did you check out the slide show I did with more pics of the bike? As you can tell, I am proud of it!!!
