I have a nice Campy C-record rear derailleur that has one flaw: a broken stop/fixing bolt. See attached picture. Can this be replaced or is this now trash? The broken area is of a different material than the remainder of the derailleur, so I would assume it could be replaced if parts exist.

Welcome to the club. That is the hardest part to find to fix the Derailleur.
I ended up putting a Veloce Derailleur on the bike while I searched for a part. I got a "for parts" c-record rear derailleur on ebay, switched out the stop plate and I'm golden again.
You may find parts like that at loose screws but I doubt it. It is just - flat out - a hard part to find.

I am assuming I must find the exact same stop plate. There were several variations within the C-record line. I tried rebuilding using JB weld to no sucess.
