I am fairly new to fixed gear. I got a chance to buy a 2000 Surly Steamrooler frame/fork. It is built up with a Campy Record Track group, Mavic Open Pro wheels and a Campy Chorus Ti seatpost. The seat and pedals are non-descript. I have no idea how to price used gear like this. Is this worth $800?

They tend to be a tad pricey but are great parts.

I usually search ebay to get an idea of what used stuff is going for. Campy track components are some of the priciest stuff out there. Assuming the bike is outfitted w/ late model Campy Pista - cranks, hubs, etc, I think $800 is a pretty fair price.
