They have one 58 and one 60 left, and also something really small like a 50. I'm currently on a too-small Cannondale. This will work out really well. Morgan Gripped 08-29-2005, 03:01 PM anyone? You can pick up some good deals at Pricepoint. The problem is that cross is kind of fringe and only some places have cross groups for sale -- and they aren't discount prices. The two major sticking points for a cyclocross build are the cranks and the brakes. You can use any old road crank but then you have to spring for either a single ring kit or at least a 46 or 48 chainring to replace the 53. The you have to get cantis. Shoot, mountain bikes don't use cantis any more. The best thing to do is to pick up deals from wherever you can -- but then shipping can kill you. eric blair 08-30-2005, 07:00 AM just wanted to add some more good words for greenfish. i got the conquest from them for $200 and they charged me only $12 shipping, plus it arrived about 2-3 days after i ordered it. and then i also got a park workstand from them via their ebay store for $80 with free shipping. great prices great service. they've also got a pretty wide selection of cyclocross parts, btw...
