Now, before some of you start throwing the flaming barbs about how many "better" ways there are to spend your training dollar, I understand that the CTS camp is more about the name and getting the pro treatment for a week than being the best possible way to train. Having said that, has anyone attended the week long program that can provide an impression of what it was like??
