Well it is going to cost an awful lot of money to get the hurricane area back to a livable condition. I look forward to seeing which foreign countries lend a hand.

A phone call or two from leaders expressing condolences would be nice. The only foreign recation that I have seen is from the german enviroment minister who blamed the hurricane on US greenhouse gas emissions. My guess is that most of the US insurance companies that insured risks in the hurricane's path have reinsurance treaties with non-US reinsurers.
