Bought a Nishiki Century frame, ordered some surly 32H hubs yesterday. Well on my way to getting fixed!
Now i need some advice on the wheels. I know i want 700c but i dont know what width is best. I live in Tucson, most roads arent too bad but there is the occasional dirt road that begs to be ridden on.

Thanks

Anything from Velocity will work great. Aeros (not aeroheads), Deep Vs, etc.. all make great fixie rims. Just make sure you find a brake with long reach to accomodate the 700c wheels in a frame designed for 27" wheels.

I just bought a velocity aerohead clincher for my fixie front wheel - 32h and 412g. Wouldn't run one on the rear though - the aeros and deep Vs are popular as above. Be aware that most of the Velocity rims aren't eyeletted.
