I thought it didn't rain in california?!?! got caught in the rain on the ride home today. took shelter under an eve for a while. it was 80 degrees when I left work and 1/2 hour later it was raining pretty good.
yah, i know the driveway looks pretty dry but i wasn't riding on that :p

It was the remnants of some tropical storm. I got the weather alert at work. It is not too unusual for this time of year.

what part of cali are you from? we don't get much rain in sept in san diego

We were havin some mean (by So. Cal. standards) thunder earlier this evening. I got out of school 30 seconds into the 15 min walk to my car it randomly started raining and everything turned orange. Ruined my plans for riding tonight (yeah, I'm a wuss). Besides, I have some grading to do...
