Hey all, what is usually the cause of having pain on the upper inside thigh / groin area? I've tried playing with the seat angle to no avail, so I thought I would see if anyone else has problems.
It doesn't start hurting me until about 20 miles into a ride and it is definitely in the muscles (ie, I'm not getting rubbed by the seat).

Is the pain located high, mid or low?
You may need to adjust the Q-Factor of your cleats so you're feet are more inboard. On the flip side if you set the Q-Factor of your cleats so you're feet are too far inboard you may develope a problem with your IT Band which manifests itself with tension, inflimation and pain located at the outside the thigh and knee. Make very small adjustments (mm) until you find the best balance.
You should also stretch those muscles. If you have the problem I suspect you have you should sit on the floor with your legs spread apart as far as they will go in front of you on the ground. Lean forward, reach out and wrap your hands around the soles of your feet and you will feel those muscles stretch.
