Does this mean TV or internet or both for viewing UCI races? If it is available on TV, where? Cable? Satellite?

How much is it going to cost?

This sounds like it's going to be TV ("U.S. cable television"), not just internet. There are no details about price or who's going to carry it. As of this month, WCSN is internet-only, but it looks as though they're expanding into the cable market in the future. Still, it's all vapor at this time.
