Get one and take it to a shoe repair place. They could probably get some thin white leather and recover it for you.

Go to the Arione sales website - http://www.fizik.it Now, click on 'shop online', then select Arione from the list. With white cover and white thigh-glides, I reckon you have a white saddle :)

Only snag is, these are ordered through the Italian end of Fizik, hence the price is in Euros - puts you at the mercy of the exchange rate, which can make your wallet water.

Couple of years ago, I got a Fizik Pave CP3 in red and yellow, to match my Gunnar. The exchange rate was a little nicer then, but the saddle's covering has lasted well over some 7,000-odd miles.
