much of a difference ? im mainly riding in the city so i was thinking that 25's might give a less harsh ride on roads that arn't as nice(small potholes, un-even asphalt,....) . can you knowtice at all with such a small size deference? and if so is it a smoother ride but lacking in some other way?

i can tell a slightly different ride on the same tire brand and type in a 23 v 25.

28 is another story...

much has to do with pressure. seatpost. saddle. etc.
