Well, here is my first ever post with pictures taken from a ride. I went to DC for a few days in early November and while I was there I borrowed a friends bike who is gotin to GWU and took it for a spin around the monuments around 1am. It's not really a ride report or anything, but more just some pictures I took while sight seeing at off hours of the night. I won't post the pictures here out of respect for bandwidth, so I put them on my blog. If you'd like, the website is:

Some are a bit out of focus because I have to take my glasses off in order to get a picture, and my auto-focus works about as well in low light as my eyes do, so I had to do the best I could with what I had ;)

By the way, 3200 speed b&w film is a weakness of mine. Most people don't like the grain, but I'm absolutley in love with it.

I'm pretty sure you got a grainy shot of the aliens attacking in the first war of the worlds.

Haha... Yeah... I don't really like that picture,it didn't come out well at all. I just posted it because of the steaming pothole. That's the first one I ever saw, and I took like 4 photos of it, that being the best one (so you can imagine how terrible the others were!)
