I am thinking to upgrade my wheelset to Zipp 303 Wheelset. Can anyone of the Zipp 303 owners help me on this?

I saw many reviews stating Zipp Wheelsets sucks. It cracks and the spokes are not true after few days of riding. Does it true? I hate to go back to the local bike and get charge for the truing. Please advise.

Second, Zipp has a mixed reputation, with some quality problems but a lot of fans. Some would say "What's so hard about building a good wheel set?" but the number of problems that companies have when entering this market segment suggests that it often takes a few years to sort out all the issues.
