I noticed a sweet site based in Ireland called www.totalcycling.com.

Anyone have any experience ordering from these cats?
Prices look fantastic.

--MattOverall Yep....Although when I ordered a wheelset from them--they advertised (and still do) that they'd include wheel bags--never got them, emailed them about it, & no reply (whole thing happened a couple of months ago). Great prices, and I haven't had customs duties as of yet.

I've placed multiple orders in multiple years...Sidi shoes, Chorus gruppo and most recently a Eurus wheelset. T-Cycling is one of my favorite online retailers for bigger-$ purchases.

I've placed multiple orders with them. I HIGHLY recommend them.
It's amazing to me that they deliver within 2-3 days. That's faster than I can get stuff from companies here.

I haven't ordered from them yet, but one thing someone pointed out to me to watch out for is the exchange rate.

The price you pay is based on the exchange rate when the order is shipped, not when you click buy on the Web site - meaning that the item could be slightly more (or less) expensive than you thought. If you check the site regularly, you will see that the price in Dollars changes daily. This applies to a lot of overseas dealers.

Even with that caviat, chances are that the exchange rate won't fluctuate so much as to cause a major shift in the price in the time it takes to process and shift the order.

I'll chime in as well...I ordered my Fulrum wheels and a full ti Record cassette from them. Both ordered online. No problems and with the exchange rate usually the best price. Shipping was fast as well. Kind of ridiculous when you think about it. They can get stuff shipped from Northern Ireland to California in 5-7 business days. I've had to wait over a week for an in-stock item shipped to my LBS from a few states away.

FYI, I did get dinged for an extra charge from the post office for the wheels. I'm not sure whether it was customs/duty or extra postage(this was the wheel box which had the wheels individually boxed then both in one box, definitely oversized). It was only about $30, so it wasn't that big of a deal, just take note of larger $ items when ordering out of country. I'm very familiar with customs/duties of other countries(I sell on ebay), I just didn't think about it concerning stuff coming TO the U.S.

All in all I do wholeheartedly recommend them. If you want the latest stuff, many times they'll have it before you can get it in the U.S. The Fulcrum wheels were an example of that. The only way to get them right away was to order internationally.

I'd buy overseas now, before it gets worse.

The Federal Reserve minutes just released indicated interest rate increases were going diminish so the dollar is falling against everything rather rapidly the last few days. I am hoping the 2006 conti competition vectran tubies become available before it gets too out of hand. For the tires I have shopped Ribble seems to be the best price.

order from them a lot and never had any trouble, watch the dutys, thay have a chart for it that can be found at the bottom of page, if you have something that will have a duty charge, try and stay under 200 to miss it. have fun, ride well. 11 speed.com, i have yet to try, but will soon, kestrel
