I ordered some stuff from them in Oct and haven't received them yet.When I ordered the guy told me 7-10 days and it's been 13 weeks.Now when i call their toll free number or the other number no one replies.I've e-mailed them as well and no reply.Does anyone know if they're still in business or has anyone ever had this experience?

i ordered a saddle from them a coupla weeks ago. it arrived yesterday and looks like a return or a second.
it's a brooks swallow, one of the nicest they make, and i'm really unimpressed with the condition of it. the leather is not centered on the titanium frame, leather has started to split around one of the rivets and there are small scratches all over it.
i called and was told by what i think was a child that i could return it and maybe they'd do something about it. i have to pay for the return shipping and then the shipping of whatever they send back to me.
i have already emailed brooks customer service and i think i'll call my credit card company... what a pain in the arse...

Which number did you call them on?No matter which one I use I get no response.I called them about 5 weeks ago and a guy told me that if I didn' t receive it by week 8 they'd refund the money but that's the last I heard from them

I finally got thru to AEBike today and the nice young lady i spoke to told me that it should be no problem getting a refund.So I'll wait and see.
