I've a Centaur 10 group on my bike. Can I just swap out the shifter levels with a DA 10's? does it work? if not, what else I need to swap out?

THanks

Won't work. The spacing is different, the RD is not setup to use the shimaNo levers. Why oh why do you want to do this? If you are looking to upgrade your shifters, upgrade to Chorus. You get a nice black carbon shifter and it will be compatible with everything else on your bike. If you want to go Dura ace, you will have to change your RD, shifters, brakes since campy brakes quick release at the lever and not at the caliper like shimano, rear hub so you can run shimano cassettes, but you will be good to go on your saddle, stem, frame, fork, seatpost, and maybe computer unless you use the campy one. Don't do it.

I agree with Bill, this seems like a step backwards, but J-tek makes an adapter for many combinations.
