Get the FBI in to recover the emails--unless they smashed the hard drives they can probably still find them.

Come on you guys... it's OBVIOUS that you are just throwing mud at these peoples good, clean names. Nothing has been proven, and I'll wait till they're hung till I change my mind. Besides, they were probably deleted because of national security reasons, anyway. Are you in support of the terrorists? Because it sounds that way to me... Even then, they were probably just personal emails, and in that case they have their RIGHT to PRIVACY. Why don't you d@mn liberals ever look at the good side to things?! I'm sure the emails are on a backup tape or disk that could be easily found. Ask the MIS people, not the lawyers.
