This guy is a FRAUD......E-bay account is suspended....He takes the money
and never delivers the product. He has a million excuses. :confused:

I would be very suspicious of e-bay seller Schwinn_specialist.
Their account id history shows that that they were seller Mountainbikeusa.
I won an auction from Performance_bicycle_parts (Performance_bicycle_parts@hotmail.com) and Both performance_bicycle_parts
and mountainbikeusa sent me an invoice. I sent money order and never received items.
I can not tell you all the excuses they have used. Bottom line , money sent--no items.
This auction was for a Schwinn bearing kit that would have completed my
daughters Straight eight.....Yeah it is my problem but these jerks made it that way.
James D. Keller was the name they use as contact person. This is a very frustruating
thing and has not been resolved but I feel you need to look at them..They also have negative feedback that aligns itself with my problem.......

I did a little searching on that "Performance_bicycle_parts" vendor name. It looks to me like somebody either went bankrupt, died, or just walked away from the business. The last 4 reviews were bad, but those listings were no different than the older ones. When a scammer hijacks an identity, they generally use it to sell high-end fictional items, not nickle-and-dime stuff. Maybe the owner will show up again, but in the meantime, paypal is probably your only recourse. You did use paypal, didn't you?
