Good for him. Kid gets to go back to school. I don't think he ever was guilty based on the "evidence" but I'm guessing that if he did actually intend to buy pot his parents will be watching him like a hawk from here on in. Boo to the administrators that kicked him out based on testimony from other students who ratted on him to save their own skins.
