I contacted Tom about his ad for a Fox spring. Tom was responsive, answered my questions and got back to me with a total price. He was fair on shipping, shipped it out promptly and it arrived as advertised.
He provided me with a tracking number so I could watch as my spring took a strange journey through the United States Postal System. But it made it. Thanks, Tom, for following through.

Hmm...once again....brand new poster, signs up only to leave lavish praise, will probably never post again......another schill???

Another way to look at it is I took the time to join the forum to post a good recommendation because the guy followed through on the sale.

...or, maybe you are the guy? Seriously, having zero posts to your name gives you zero credibility. Coming back to complain only supports my skepticism and makes you look even more suspicious.

Well, thanks for the warm welcome.
You're a very suspicious guy.
In your first post, you wrote "will probably never post again".
So I did, and then I get "you're the one".

The enviornment here is not any different than any other. It's always possible that references you are given to check for the quality of work or services are set-up in advance. It's quite possible that sellers here have "advertised" for themselves. I guess as long as they followed through on the sale and the item was as-advertised, it's not the end of the world. Before you post "Proof Positive!", I have tell you I don't agree with that.

No, sorry, it's just a spring I bought from a guy in California.
I'm glad he sent me a tracking number because it was mis-routed and delayed for a long time. And he didn't gouge me on shipping. (Again, Proof Positive! - I must be the guy!)

And by now, since I'm gaining more credibility with each post, I ask you to please consider the remote possiblity that there may be at least one real first time positive post about a sale. There are probably a few bogus ones out there and it always pays to suspicious. But there are probably many more legitimate ones. Are all negative comments O.K.?
They're probably subject to the same abuses, but somehow, they're not suspicious. I guess the glass is always half full or half empty. If you look for the worst in people, you'll find it.

I'm done. I have to get a life now.
