I came across a celeste steel frame marked "racing special", BC2Y, Italy made of dedacciai zero tre, probably late 90's with 130 spacing and steel fork. S/N 020619, H59. Not the highest grade tubing, but am curious about the year and model if anyone has information. Thanks.
