What's a reasonable torque value for a stem handlebar bolt?. I am fixing a Deda 215 bar to a steel ITM quill stem (one bolt, old-school non-removable faceplate). Thanks in advance

They post ranges of Torque values. You can also check the stem manufacturer's website and see if they post recommended torque settings. Many do.

Check with Deda. I would guess at about 8 nm. Best not to guess.

Just tighten it down snug so the bar wont slip. I have never used a torque wrench on a quill stem, those bolts are huge!
