it sure was windy yesterday.
we started in superior, az (http://www.sportsfun.com/gaba/miningcountry.html)and rode a 96 (93 according to my gps) mile loop with a hair under 7k feet of climbing

That was a brutal ride. I'm looking forward to doing it again next year.

It hurt so good. Next year I'm going thru historic 60 Globe, the main one was a little much with the traffic...

Superior Road Race is on Saturday and the crit is on Sunday, April 1 and 2.

I used to race "Mining Country" in the late 80's early 90's. As the pack left Globe at the start of the race one of my teamates would always yell " It's a long way to Miami"
