When I was a kid, the fields of the Puyallup Valley (50-60 miles SE of Seattle) were filled with Daffodils, and all types of berries. Today these fields are being covered with housing developments, and warehouses. There are a few pockets of agriculture remaining, one of these is a Daffodil farm near the highway. Last week I noticed that the flowers where in bloom, and being harvested. Today the weather was beautiful, so I decided that I needed to check out my new camera by taking some pics of these colorful fields. My wife joined me for this wonderful ride.

2. Harvested fields in the forground
3. & 4. Daffodils in bloom

Very nice. Spring is almost here.

I see some trickle down upgrades have taken place. :)

Yes, it looks like Spring. But is that snow on the hills?

Thanks for sharing! I love daffodils, they smell so good.

And, you inspired me to post a picture of a tulip that I took today.

Great pics. My daffodils are just peaking out of the ground. Too darn cold around here yet.
