I own a single speed mountain bike and have just purchased my first road bike. Its an 06 caad8. I road my buddies 05 and fell in love, Ive ridden other bikes but the cannondale just fits perfect and the price with same specs was hundreds cheaper. Im so stoked , should be ariving mid may. Oh yea just scored a ksyrium es wheelset from a guy who said they where to stiff for 700 bucks lol , he has like two rides on them. so i can sell the elites as new. anyway just wanted to share my happiness with you all . and will for sure be posting some pics . Which model caad8 did you get?

I just bought my first C'dale - an '06 R1000fem. I've had it about two and a half weeks. Put 250 miles on it the first week before I got hit with strep, but I'm bouncing back pretty fast. It's a ridiculously great machine. :)
