Do the lastest carbon wheels have the durability for trainning and general uses? I can pick up a Real Design Supersonic cheap, around $700. Is it a good trainning wheels or should I stick with the Ksyrium SL?

First, carbon wheels can be damaged by hitting potholes and other road debris. While the real is a good wheel it is not a carbon wheelset. It is an aluminum rim with a carbonfiber fairing bonded to it. They are not very light but do OK in the aerodynamics area. The advantage of a true carbon wheel with the same depth rim would be weight only and weight plays a very small role over areodynamics.
