what do you recommend? looks is vastly important. it will be used for riding in a city. i would prefer a horizontal top tube. any help will be appreciated.

I spent under $200 on mine (old british TT frame conversion) and it pulls like nothing I've ever ridden. If you don't mind spec'ing the components then you could have a very nice bike and still be under that price. The sky's the limit man, have fun. Kram 05-21-2006, 11:09 AM Sheit yeah.
