I need a sanity check here: Are stems measured from the center of the steerer tube to the center of the handlebar?
I'd like to put a shorter stem on my bike. Measuring center-to-center my current Easton stem appears to be 120mm long, but I want to make sure I'm measuring it correctly. This stem came from the take-off bin at the LBS so I can't check any spec sheet to determine the length.
