I just walked through how to upload a photo, but didn't want to actually post. I couldn't find a cancel button so I simply backed out of the post, unsure if I would inadvertently post. It didn't post, but a cancel button would be helpful...

...I know that's not exactly what you're askin' for. The other option is to have users delete inadvertent posts, but this opens up a whole 'nuther set of problems. Pretty sure there is NOT a setting for this.
