I was watching re-caps and they were covering Popo's win and for some reason I remembered the Seinfeld episode where Newman and Kramer are playing a world monopoly game in the subway and Kramer only has Ukraine, and Newmans says that Ukraine is weak, and some ukrainian guy yells "Ukraine is NO WEAK!" and slams the game.
Well, with wins by Gonchar and Popo, the angry ukrainian guy might be doing it again somewhere.

You've got it backwards. 'Twas Kramer who had Newman teetering on the brink of destruction in the Ukraine. Great episode by the way.

Is Grivko the AG2R rider that crashed on the descent and almost got run over by a tour official car?
Saw that, that was close. He got up and looked okay, and rode off but I was unaware he had abandoned.

I think it was Maxim Iglinsky. Grivko is a stupid young gun who attacked Voigt&Co only to get dropped a few moments later.

Damn it! It's been years since I have seen that episode. Funny as hell nonetheless...
Two stage wins and yellow for Ukraine is not bad. How many did Kazakhstan got in this tour? What about Somalia? EXACTLY!
