who made this frame and how old it is?

I think Eclipse was some sort of outfitter that sold rebranded bikes. I have an Eclipse carbon frame, which is actually a TVT mid-80's frame, that was also sold as a Look KG76.

I could be completely wrong, but this I know - there's jack on the Internets about Eclipse bikes, which leads me to believe that they were hardly a marque brand and were only around for the shortest of time.
