Hi,

I inherited from this bike about 8 years ago when my uncle passed away. He was the same height and size as me so it was logical for me to take it as it was custom built for him by the Marinoni shop 5 min from my hometown, north of Montreal.

The frame has some scratches, all cosmetic, the frame is red, gruppo is campagnolo nuovo record, in perfect order, gipiemme brakes and pads, and is very a very lightweight racing bike. It is amazing to ride.

I will try to post pics soon.

Thanks

JF

Its sentimental value is worth more than its actual value. Enjoy it and pass it on to another family member in the future.

pulls in at least $100 - 200 on ebay. All depends on a number of things, but a good COMPLETE Nuovo Record group will help fetch the higher end.

Post pics and frame measurements. Measure from center of the crank bolt (bottom bracket area) to the top of the seat tube (the tube running from the bottom bracket to where it ends, (do not include the seat post) and measure from the seat post along the top tube to where the stem is.

If you do any cycling at all and it fits, I'd keep it. I bet it does ride great and it is most likely worth more to the family than to a stranger.
