Just wanted to put out the FYI. When I ordered earlier this month and got the 20% discount + another 10%, everything worked fine on the website and in the e-mail confirm I received. When I got the stuff, they had only given me 10% off and even at that, had managed to overcharge me for a number of items. I talked to three different reps and they all said that you can't combine the offers and they can't explain why the website allowed it. After an hour of going through item by item the amount I should have been charged with a 20% discount, they finally gave me a credit. However, 10% piece was denied. I'm thinking about disputing the charge through me credit card company.

Check your bills carefully folks. Their systems don't talk to each other well (different prices between website and billiing system and items left off the order when transferred from one system to another).

Overall, worth the headache. Gots lots of good stuff.

The exact same thing happened to me-after a short argument with rep.got another 10% refunded on card.Buyer beware when getting promotions at Nashbar.

I'm in the arguement process with them right now... I got the 20% but not the 10%. My confirming e-mail (which I just sent to them a few minutes ago) shows the combined discount total but my invoice came in higher. Sounds like the webmaster fell asleep at the e-Commerce wheel...

I just checked my order and it was wrongly charged also, by $20. Just called and they said they are going to refund my credit card the difference. No arguing thankfully.

Had I not read this I would not have noticed for a while. Thanks!!

I was lucky that they did not screw it up (triple checked invoice), but they screwed up the shipping in my next order and credited me after I complained. I ended up sending everything back but one item which I sold to a local rider for more than I got it (30% off originally).
But I'm sure they'll screw me over next time.

No problems at all with my order. Got the 30%. Nice to know I am finally in a luckly streak.
