I am a larger rider, 188cm(6'2") and 95kg(205lbs). I had the chance to test ride a Paris Carbon FP today, one size smaller than I would order, and WOW, what a bike.

I was wondering if this frame would be OK. I know there are 250lb riders on other CF frames, I ride about 5-7000km a year, and would like something to last at least five years. I don't often race, but rather like events like the marmotte sportif, etc.

I currently have a Litespeed Tuscany on order, but is easily cancelable, especially if the Paris FP will work.

Any thoughts are appreciated :)

No need to answer, I've decided to stick with the Litespeed. None readily available in my size, and $$$$$.

I'm wondering what you like about this bike...is it very stiff? Pinarello frame seem like overkill to me, including the price

It was a really smooth ride, and stiff for acceleration. Plus, an absolutely beautiful bike. I got my Litespeed today, I'm glad I stayed with the Ti.
