Any tips for overhaluing a Deore hub (present generation)? My stock Surly Cross hubs feel dry. Any tricks to getting the rubber seals off? Any suggestions appreciated!

Pulled the seals off carefully by hand, and loosened the lock nuts and cones. The grease was still clean! Readjusted the cones. A lttle tricky reseating the seals; worked them in with my fingers on the edges until the axle/bearing assembly moved with a minimum of drag.
