JayTee 08-31-2006, 10:02 AM Actually it is Tiagra. Sora looks like this... http://bike.shimano.com/catalog/cycle/products/componentlanding.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374 302040131&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=1408474395181419&bmUID=1157047288512 Dave Hickey 08-31-2006, 10:03 AM Either Sora or Tiagra...My guess is Tiagra because the lettering curves around the lever. Sora doesn't have enough letters to do that. lactic acidosis 08-31-2006, 05:39 PM i'm pretty sure it's Tiagra. The Sora name plates are black with white lettering. http://www.questbikes.co.uk/acatalog/lgears-shimano-sora-sti.jpg besides, Sora shifters don't have paddles. the embalmer 08-31-2006, 05:44 PM tiagra, sora doesn't have the paddles they have a can't shift from the drops thumb lever omniviper 08-31-2006, 09:56 PM tiagra. danging, embalmer beat me. soras dont have any paddle elvers lactic acidosis 08-31-2006, 10:43 PM is there an echo in the room? omniviper 08-31-2006, 11:18 PM is there an echo in the room? an echo in the room an echo in the room an echo in the room an echo in the rooooo... Damon64 09-01-2006, 02:22 AM I'm scared of "elvers"!!!:eek6: MR_GRUMPY 09-01-2006, 05:50 AM Tiagra is the only 9 speed group anymore, so if you need a cassette, it'll have to be Tiagra. Ps. I just saw something insane on the Shimano-europe site. They are offering an 11-25 cassette.(no 14 or 16 cogs), along with the usual 12-23, 12-25, 13-25, and 14-25. |
