I have my heart set on the Bianchi San Jose ($579msrp us) single speed bike. I even have a little picture of it on my cubicle wall (lame I know).

But, a little investigation has shown me that the Bianchi distributor seems not to be around anymore. Does anyone know if this is true, or if there are stores in the Toronto area who have any? If you know of a store that has some in Canada I'm willing to have it shipped in.

If anyone knows of another bike that I might be able to lust after, let me know.

Things I want: Single speed, brakes, ideally road bike frame.

David.

Wheels of Bloor in Toronto lists Bianchi but I have never been in the store. (see link). Also Bianchi had a big display at the Toronto Bike show in March but I can't remember a dealer. Bicycle Specialties have a late 1940's Bianchi with one of those rod actuated deraileurs

Check out Gunner or Surly for steel frame single speeds.

I went to your site, awesome. You must like to ride.

I've heard that the Canadian distributor went belly-up...I am not sure where you can find a Bianchi dealer in the GTA.

Broadway Cycles on Bloor carries Bianchi. I didn't see the San Jose when I was there last but they did have some Pista's. They also had Langsters.
