Has anyone noticed that there is no contact info on the Lemond website. None - not a phone number, email address, mailing address, or even Corporate Headquarters info (yes I know in Waterloo with Trek, but they still have their own people).

I don't think I've ever encountered any company website that doesn't have at least a mailing address. This is not acceptable. Well wait a minute, lets check Trek's website..........Wow, nothing there either. The only contact info of any kind I could find was a human resources address under careers for where to send an application. If you know where it is on the website then tell us.

Cannondale, Specialized, Litespeed, Moots, Raleigh, Cervelo, Felt, K2, Kestrel, just to name a small few all have contact information. It appears Trek corporation is such an amzing company that are questions, comments, and suggestions are meaningless.

All I want to do is make the comment that I want to spend more money with them. Lemond needs to have swag like jerseys, T-shirts, and beer glasses. Some of the smallest custom builders even have this stuff. I can't blame Lemond too much as they are a puppet of Trek.

It took me 15 seconds to find this on the questions page. Go to the link for "Still can't find what you are looking for?"

Not obvious, but not buried either...

Ok, so there is one way after all through a form buried in the bottom of one link in the website. I clearly missed it and I was looking. How foolish of me to look for a "Contact Us" link or something similar that every other company in the world has.

So where is it in the Trek website, because I guess I'm just not looking straight this week (I have been working on a report for about 35 hours since Monday morning).

I'm also not talking about searching for contacts elsewhere, I'm referring to the #1 face and first impression of any company - the website, and what should be available on it with ease.

It's buried at the bottom of the "Owners Manuals" page (link at bottom center of home page).

A lot of companies make this kind of basic info difficult to find. Probably done deliberately to encourage most questions to be directed to a dealer, rather than the mothership. Not saying I agree with that policy, just saying that's increasingly the way it seems to be.

Yep, that is the norm with most sites. I'm used to that so I guess I found it a little qucker. It is a shame that they can't put it where anyone can find it. Like you say I'm sure they are trying to get you to ask your local dealer..
