Besides the HHH, what's your opinion about the best century in Texas?

I like the Elves and More in October. http://www.elvesandmore.org/pages.asp?pageid=12661 It starts in Montgomery and goes through Conroe and Huntsville. I've done it twice but won't make it this year because of the Texas 24hr TT.

I don't know what's the best, but I have enjoyed:

Katy Flatlands
DeLeon Melon Patch Tour
Armadillo Hill Country Classic

I have to vote for this ride because of the OUTSTANDING support and sponsors. M&M/Mars supplies FREE (as much as you can carry) candy with a stop at the factory and then there's more at the finish. Snickers, Starburst, Three Muskateers, M&M's, Milky Way, and others. Not Halloween size but BIG! I actually think I gained weight on this ride. Entry fee goes to charities in the Waco area. It's this weekend!

I've done this metric "century" that started in Munster, TX that turned out to be a beautiful ride. The scenery was very nice that included numerous rollers, great ride support, and a clearly marked course

I don't remember the name of the ride cuz I am severely sleep deprived at the moment, but the ride occured at the same time as the Munster Germanfest, which made it convenient. After the ride, you can attend the festival and recover with some beer and lots of food.
