Check out these screen caps from Fox... Don't tell me that this wasn't on purpose. It's so blatantly obvious who they're supporting, it hurts...

It's so blatantly obvious who they're supporting, it hurts... Cory 10-13-2006, 10:04 PM I wrote a column about that when it happened, for the benefit of the 61 percent of Americans who think Fox News is the fairest and most balanced of the networks. At the time, Fox hadn't offered an explanation. I've been pretty much out of touch for about a week--did they ever come up with anything? The used it at least twice, in an original broadcast and again in a taped rebroadcast three hours later, apparently after they'd had several hundred complaints. I can buy "Oops" for the first one, but not the repeat. Syprik 10-14-2006, 03:21 AM Murdoch and Ailes will be hijacked one day on their way to work as they have hijacked the duty of the media to report accurate informative news to its viewers. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6737097743434902428&q=outfoxed Snakebit 10-14-2006, 04:32 AM I don't know why they would try to misrepresent him in this way, the captions are generally accompanied by a great deal of information given verbally. Are House members referred to as delegates by any chance? I have seen an R in front of people I knew to be Democrats and it stood for Representative. It seems to me that one would have to exist in a vaccuum to believe this man was a Democrat. A great deal of money has been spent by the Democratic leadership to alert the voting public as to his true affiliations. thatsmybush 10-14-2006, 05:32 AM SNAKE...at this point is there anything that you don't become an apologist for? Whether it was a mistake or motives were involved the post really should have been somthing to the effect. "Well that sure was stupid." Instead you even found time to blame the democrats for getting the word out about a pederast and the cover up that followed. Jeebus. magnolialover 10-14-2006, 05:42 AM I wrote a column about that when it happened, for the benefit of the 61 percent of Americans who think Fox News is the fairest and most balanced of the networks. And with it, more of the journalistic integrity, if they had any to begin with, has gone up in smoke again. Members are not known as delegates to answer Snake's question. It was a manipulation as to what party Foley, and Chafee, were actually members of in order to possibly change the direction of the discussion. Now, I do agree with you that you'd have to be living in a cave somewhere to not know that Foley was a republican, but there are people who will believe whatever it is they see. And this might be another case of such a thing. Fox has just proven, contrary to their moto that they are fair and balanced, that they're not even remotely close to being fair and balanced. That is not a good characterization of what I said or meant. This is exactly why this forum gets so rowdy, this character assasination BS. There are no honest discussions of opposing views if every post tends to demonize the opposition. I can play any way you want but my intent was to tone it down a bit. I LIKE nasty if you do. :) Bocephus Jones II 10-14-2006, 07:12 AM ..... rocco 10-14-2006, 07:27 AM There are no honest discussions of opposing views if every post tends to demonize the opposition. Snakebit 10-14-2006, 08:52 AM But it was Franklin Bush and Karl Rove Bush who organized the neocons to oppress the German people at Versailles so that the House of Saud could own all the oil in the fields at Ploesti, forcing the Reich to become anti semite in order to support the just cause of the Palestinians. Bush financed his war to force Democracy on them by utilizing the slave labor of the honest immigrants that were called illegals as they tried to reclaim the land that Davy Bush stole from their ancestors at the Alamo to fill the tanks of his war machine. Once the propaganda machine of Winston Bush distorted the truth, public opinion never gave the Nazis a fair shake, FOX and Rush Bush ruined their reputation, fooling the ignorant hard headed right wing Christian masses of the United States with their lies. Had Ike Bush not stolen the elections at Nuremburg, the Reich might have realized the freedom and glory of the Middle East and China would have never owned North Korea. Also, I heard they made the trains run on time. rocco 10-14-2006, 08:58 AM But it was Franklin Bush and Karl Rove Bush who organized the neocons to oppress the German people at Versailles so that the House of Saud could own all the oil in the fields at Ploesti, forcing the Reich to become anti semite in order to support the just cause of the Palestinians.
