I worked on mine a little last night, using bug cleaner to prep for a good wash sometime this weekend when it's not raining. Nah, I thought about the filters, and even purchased a warm air intake (like a cold air, but safer...less prone to water entering the engine), but shipped it back. I didn't want to alter the car that much, especially when reading on some Altima boards how many people have trouble with MAF sensor failures and whatnot. They talk about the high-RPM gains on the car...uh, I normally don't get it over 3k rpm going to work, so the discussed slight decrease in low-rpm torque is more important to me. So, I'm sticking with OEM for now. The Nissan QR25DE 4-cylinder engine has enough problems without me helping it along!
