Any opinions on these rims, as compared to velocity aerohead? Same depth slightly lighter, I believe.

I hope you mean the Deep V. If the weight on their site is accurate, they are about the same. The last Deep V rims I weighed were between 570 and 580g. The dimensions are similar the they can be recommended for similar applications. The Aeroheads are in the 400-420g range and are only 21mm deep..

Keep in mind that the IRD Cadence Aero (same rim can be found under different names) has similar dimensions and weighs about 455g.

Whops! The Deep V is what I meant to compare it to(shouldn't have opened that bottle of wine last night). Looking for a set of deeper profile cx wheels. I currently run Ultegra/Open Pro.
