Thanks
rs728 11-06-2006, 03:43 PM Cyclocrossworld.com has the transition 1+2 for sale. I ordered transition 2 last night. If you are going to order them, you may also want to get pure sweet hell if you have not seen that yet.

s/h is a little steep... so stock up on things while you are at it...
i didnt make it to the show either...
Rebecca and I went to the showing last night. It was a great time. It gave great perspective to how hard it is over there. Wicks gave his own brand of color commentary, much like Transition 1. That guy is hilarious. I really liked the film. My brother-in-law also came who is not a bike racer and he thought it was good. So that says a lot about the quality of the production and the footage.
eyebob 11-07-2006, 05:15 PM I'll be ordering soon. Gotta stock up for some movie nights this Winter.

be careful, the wife's version of "movie night" may not include cyclocross films :)

She has the bug big time. She is going to be kicking my butt by Nats.

She's already got the game face. I just have to get her to wear a skinsuit.

oh come on... you know you are one of those creepy dudes!
u racin this weekend? or you slackin off again? im headed to UNH & then Brockton
Yash is afraid to face me now. I am up 3-2 in our season long duel. He is going to go to Brockton instead of Putney just so he doesn't have to face me mano y mano. I may just go to Brockton for that showdown, even if it means missing the classic Putney race.
yashashana 11-08-2006, 05:54 AM Go to Brockton, that way we can go to the Harvard Club of Brockton afterwards where you have to have a beer in your hand at all times.
Fortunately I was not one of those creepy guys! I will be racing Brockton for sure and maybe UNH......
DRLski 11-08-2006, 07:43 AM wow, Yash is on roadbikereview, amazing. Dude, you missed a great race on Sunday at Noho.

im the guy in the beannie w/ sunglasses on my head second from the left. im not that creepy, am i? - ok, i look really stupid though.
the guy to my left is a unh rider who is a rather nice guy.
that pic is right after the railroad tracks if i recall, where we were hanging out trying to get ppl to pull airs.
seeing your wife's bike, i was def. parked about 5 cars from you zank (yours is orange?)

Say the word & Brockton it is. I think that this showdown needs to happen. Yash elected to "rest" last Sunday while Zank has been riding around cross courses all over NE to find his fitness. Which strategy will prevail? Let's find out Sunday at 10 am! Putney can wait (plus it's a lot farther away) & what's this about having to have a beer in your hand at all times??

is it hard to ride your bike with your hands amputated?

no showdown this week. I am going into double super secret training. maybe I will race maybe not. I have no motivation so maybe no. The Harvard Club of Brockton = Foxy Ladies.
I did threshold intervals yesterday and tempo today. I look forward to our next meeting, Yash. I am going to make you pay for attacking just as I was getting on the group at Canton. :)
Is Plymouth showdown day?
I love ya buddy, but I want to ride away on a bike made of your bones.
yashashana 11-09-2006, 01:00 PM But my bones are malnutrioned and filled with the same stuff that Twix are made of.
yashashana 11-09-2006, 01:02 PM I am not sure if you have had a chance to look but I seem to be 23rd in the NEBRA points system for Healthy Men Category 4.
mmmmm....caramel
Hey, what is this I hear you are leaving HUP and joining MRC? Am I really losing one of my bestest buddies as a teammate?

No I am not leaving HUP, I signed a 4 year contract with them and I still have two years left on the contract.
I can't for the life of me figure out that point system. How is it that two riders with different placings can get the same points for the same race?
