Honestly, unlike our Capitalist/Republican friends, I /we have a sense of decency about these matters. Rush is already bashing Clinton ("His funeral will be a kegger and some babes") and Bill ain't even dead yet. I swear.

Unless his name happens to be Khrushchev, then you demolish his house after he dies in case anyone wants to go and pay their respects. You bury him in amonimity not even notifing the newpaper except as an aside then bury him in a grave not allowing a memorial headstone for over four years. But he was special.
