I really want an edge on the comming season.

Can anyone recommend any northeastern training camps, actually it doesnt matter where it is, I'll travel if its hightly rec....

Ideally I would like to race A's by the end of season, although I think podium in the B's is more realistic.

I started training this week, well running everyday and riding every other.

Thanks in advance,
E

Keep an eye on www.cycle-smart.com. Adam and crew should have their cross camp scheduled soon (I would guess).

I second the Cycle-Smart camp. Adam does a great job. It's in Northhampton, MA not too spendy either. I'm planning on going this year.

You're in NJ/Eastern PA, right? Starting in August, we'll be running weekly cross clinics on one of the Rutgers campuses. It's still in the planning stages, but it looks like we'll have some help from one of the local Cycle-Smart coaches as well.

Weelky cross clinics in august?, please keep me/ message board posted. I would like to be an active part of the clinic. I'm only 30-40 mins from the New Brunswick Rutgers campus.

I emailed John Verheul over at cycle-smart, seems that he pushed level 2 or 3 coaching and then the cyclocross coaching coupled with the Northhampton weekend camp. Seems good, although the complete package my be over my budget.

I'll keep you updated about the clinics. John is a great guy. I highly recommend going with him (and cycle-smart) for 'cross coaching. Even if you can't afford level 2 or 3 it's worth it to work with him/them.
I'm on a very tight budget so I've gone with CTS for coaching. It's okay, but if I had the money up front I'd go with Cycle-Smart in a heart beat. Maybe for the following cross season.
